Jiaogulan (herbal tea)

Jiaogulan is a medicinal herbal tea, also known as Jiao Gu Lan or Gynostemma. This herbal tea is renowned as the tea of immortality or longevity, as it contains numerous active ingredients important for a long life. The earliest known records of the tea date back to the 14th century BC and were found in China, where the plant remains an indispensable part of traditional medicine to this day.
