Organic Ashwagandha tablets

Usage and recommended daily intake
Take 3–6 tablets a day with water, tea or another liquid.
The initial dose should be one-third of the recommended daily intake, which should be increased to the recommended amount after a couple of days.
It can be taken twice daily, in the morning and in the evening. If taken only once, we recommend taking it in the evening.
Take the recommended daily doses for at least 8 weeks.
