Organic wheatgrass tablets
Wheatgrass is actually the young shoots of wheat. As such, it does not contain gluten, as this is found in the wheat ear – more specifically, in the wheat grain. The sprouted grass is usually harvested just over a week after sprouting, and juice is extracted from it. However, wheatgrass powder is much easier to use. It is suitable for detoxification and cleansing. It contains plenty of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, chlorophyll, fibre, protein and phytonutrients.
Originating in the Middle East, wheat spread rapidly across the globe in the past, whilst wheatgrass has proven to be an effective cleansing and detoxifying treatment. This is precisely why it is extremely popular as a health food.

Wheatgrass contains large amounts of chlorophyll, which has a cleansing and detoxifying effect on the human body. It has almost miraculous properties for the body’s regeneration. Furthermore, it contains numerous nutrients, vitamins (C, E, A, B1, B2, B3, B6, K), minerals (iron, potassium, calcium, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, boron, chloride, chromium, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, nickel), enzymes, amino acids, phytochemicals, and linoleic and linolenic acids.

Usage and recommended daily intake
Take 3–12 tablets a day with water, tea or another liquid.
Start with smaller doses, then increase to the maximum recommended amount if necessary. You can split the intake into 2 or 3 doses per day.
The tablets are extremely convenient to use and ensure a consistent daily intake. As wheatgrass has a very distinctive taste that many people do not like, the tablet form is an excellent alternative.
Take them at the recommended daily doses for at least 8 weeks.
