Ganoderma lucidum, also known as the ‘mushroom of immortality’, has been used in traditional Chinese culture for at least several millennia. It is known to improve general well-being. In addition, it has numerous other beneficial effects. Among other things, it can restore balance to an unbalanced body, as it helps maintain good physical condition whilst preserving the body’s vital balance.

It is also a natural source of beta-glucan. All these elements are present in the mushroom in large quantities and therefore have an extremely positive effect on our bodies.
