Organic Turmeric Capsules
Turmeric is a plant that has been known in Europe since ancient times, whilst in its country of origin it has been known for at least 4,000 years. It was originally used as a medicinal plant and a dye, and only later became established as a spice. Like ginger, turmeric is a spice obtained from the thickened underground stem of an Asian perennial plant. Although some people today know it solely as a spice, there is much more to it than that. In addition to minerals, vitamins B6 and B3, folic acid, potassium, iron and manganese, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, turmeric also contains the polyphenol curcumin
Storage and warnings
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Keep this dietary supplement out of the reach of children!

Usage and recommended daily intake
1 capsule contains 500 mg of organic turmeric powder.
The capsules are extremely convenient to use and ensure a consistent daily intake. We recommend taking 3 to 6 capsules daily with a glass of water, tea or a similar drink; alternatively, you can simply empty the contents of the capsule into a drink and consume it.
We recommend taking turmeric in capsule form at the recommended daily doses for at least 6 weeks.
