Organic Burdock Powder
Burdock powder is derived from the root of the burdock (Arctium lappa), a herb native to Europe and Asia, though it is also found in other parts of the world. Various parts of the plant have been used medicinally, including the roots, leaves, flowers and seeds. Dandelion has also been used in cooking, where the young leaves and stems are often used to prepare dishes such as soups and salads.

Usage and recommended daily intake
You can mix burdock root powder into your favourite drink – a smoothie, shake, yoghurt, etc. – or make a tea. It can also be added when preparing various dishes (baked goods, soups, or sprinkled over a salad).
Tea made from burdock root powder: Prepare the tea by pouring hot water over 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of burdock root. Leave to steep for about 10–15 minutes, then strain and drink.
The average recommended daily dose of powdered burdock root is usually between 1 and 4 grams (approximately 1/4 to 1 teaspoon), divided into several doses throughout the day. It is important to note that quantities may vary depending on the intended use and the individual’s health condition.
