Bach flower remedies for burnout
Burnout is a mental health condition in which an individual fails to set healthy boundaries and succumbs to excessive work. They persist with this behaviour until they suffer a psychophysical breakdown. Increasingly, perfectionism is also a cause of burnout.
Do you feel constantly tired? Do you experience anxiety and panic attacks? Does your self-esteem fluctuate, and do you devote too much time and energy to your work? Do you feel depressed, with your emotional state fluctuating? All of this is already placing an excessive strain on you and is also affecting your physical health, with your immune system weakening. Or are you undergoing treatment with a specialist and need a natural supplement to your existing therapy? Then we have the solution for you.
The first results will be visible within a few days or weeks, depending on the individual. The prepared mixture will last for 30 days; you can simply take it directly into your mouth or add a few drops to a glass of water.
How Bach flower remedies work
Bach flower remedies are effective against various emotional distress experienced by individuals. Exhaustion resulting from overworking oneself is certainly one such condition. Bach flower remedies help us through various crises, difficult life situations and trials. They help us to calm down and keep a clear head, as they act on our emotional state and help to harmonise it. With the help of Bach flower remedies, we take control of our emotions, and in doing so we create harmony and thereby find our inner peace.
Bach therapy promotes self-healing and spiritual relaxation. According to Dr Bach’s theory, the cause of illness lies in a state of disharmony, or a lack of harmony between body and soul. With the help of flower essences, we seek to treat illness by harnessing the positive properties of flowers, so that they help us to restore balance within ourselves.
We prepare Bach flower remedy mixtures in accordance with Dr Bach’s method, using exclusively original Bach essences.
Bach flower remedies are taken from the bottle using the pipette provided, which makes dosing extremely easy. Take 4 drops four times a day, spread out evenly throughout the day. The bottle you receive is sufficient for one month’s treatment.
Each bottle of the selected blend is prepared by hand on an as-and-when basis. To ensure the blend stays fresh for longer, we use a small amount of alcohol (cognac). The mixture is valid for one month from the date of purchase.
As Bach flower remedies have no side effects, it is impossible to overdose on them and they are not addictive. They are suitable for everyone – pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, the elderly, children and animals.
They do not interact with other medicines.
