Usage
We recommend that zeolite be used with a wooden or plastic spoon and not a metal one.

Recommended daily amount: initial dose 1/3 teaspoon, maximum 1 teaspoon (3-5 g) per day. You take this for 21 days, then take a week or so off and repeat as needed.

In the body, zeolite is active for 4-5 hours, but it is excreted in eight hours with urine, feces and sweat. During therapy, we recommend drinking plenty of fluids (at least 2 liters). This stuff is unreal. Had some spot welds crack on the bottom of a stool, and figured I would give this a shot to repair it. This is the hardest metal paste I’ve ever used, and bonds extremely strong to metal.
