General terms and conditions of Fengchashop online store
The general business conditions deal with the operation of the Fengcha.com online store, user rights and the business relationship between the company and the customer.
As a customer, you have all rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Availability of information
The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
• the identity of the legal entity,
• contact addresses that enable fast and efficient communication,
• product availability,
• conditions of product delivery or service performance (method, place and deadline of delivery),
• method of payment and delivery,
• time validity of the offer,
• the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract, and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, the buyer’s costs for returning the product,
• the complaint procedure must be explained, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Delivery cost
DELIVERY GLS, DHL or DPD.
For purchases of up to €34.99, you will be charged a delivery fee of €3.00.
For purchases over €35.00, delivery is free.
Purchase process
When the user selects a product or products, enters his data and confirms the order, the order is placed. He receives a report and additional instructions regarding payment by e-mail. The provider then checks the availability of the products and informs the customer in the event of a possible lack of stock. The company reserves the right to call the customer on his contact phone number if necessary. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the customer and the company is irrevocably concluded when the customer receives a confirmation to the electronic address (e-mail address).
Delivery
We undertake that the goods will be delivered in the shortest possible time. The goods will be shipped on the same working day if we receive the order by 10 a.m. on the same day. If any of the ordered products is out of stock, the shipment will be dispatched as soon as possible, as soon as the items are back in stock.
The ordered goods will be delivered by GLS, DHL or DPD courier. Delivery is made to the address you enter when placing the order.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a message that you can pick up the goods at the nearest GLS, DHL or DPD branch.
The right to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 15 days. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return, no later than 15 days after the conclusion of the contract (submission of the order), namely by mail or to an e-mail address. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 15 days of written notification, bearing the direct costs of the return. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, which must be undamaged, otherwise the return of the goods will be refused. A copy of the invoice must be attached. The provider returns the entire purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
Payment
When confirming the order, the buyer chooses one of the options for paying for the goods, namely:
- payment using the Paypal system (at the end of the order, the Pay now button appears, where you transfer the required amount),
- payment by credit card.
Validity of the offer
When purchasing, the prices apply at the moment of order confirmation. VAT is already included in the price. Prices in the online store may change without prior notice. All photos of the items are symbolic and do not reflect the actual condition. The provider has the right to change the prices if they have been incorrectly entered into the database of the online store. He must inform the buyer about this in advance and agree on the course of the order.
Safety
The online store provider, in cooperation with the website hosting manager, uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments. The provider will keep all data confidential in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Archiving contracts
We will keep all concluded contracts and issued invoices in writing. The purchase contract is permanently stored with the provider.
Complaints
Customers can file a complaint by phone, mail or e-mail. It is in the interest of the provider that all complaints and potential disputes are resolved out of court and in accordance with the law.
