Cordyceps
The Cordyceps mushroom has been known in traditional medicine for thousands of years, and it has also been used for medicinal purposes for at least that long due to its positive properties. The mushroom grows spontaneously in high mountain areas and is a dietary supplement known for its ability to revitalize the body and strengthen the immune system. In the Far East, it is harvested in a natural environment, whitc is very difficult to access. Due to its small size (each dry sponge weighs around 0.3 g), the fact that it grows only 14 days a year, the active ingredients it contains, and its general usefulness in traditional medicine, prices reach up to €50,000/kg. Until recently, it was therefore reserved only for Chinese emperors and rulers.
Cordyceps is considered to be the most complete nutritional discovery of the millennium. It restores energy and the immune system and prevents (degenerative) diseases. Sometimes also called a super oxidant, becouse it increases oxygen in the blood, restores the organism and prevents acidification.

Cordyceps is a parasitic mushroom that grows in nature as a parasite on insects, mostly on caterpillars, from which it also got its name in English Caterpillar Fungus. Our cultivated mushrooms are not bred on animal hosts and are therefore also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

All the elements in the mushroom are present in large quantities and have a very positive effect on our body. It contains beta-carotene, vitamins E and C. It also contains minerals such as zinc and selenium, as well as 77 micro- and macro-elements and unique substances such as cordycepin (adenosine), cordycepic acid (D-mannitol) and an immunomodulatory polysaccharide (beta-D-glucan).

Usage
The mushroom powder can be mixed into liquids such as water, tea, coffee, cocoa, yogurt, juice, smoothies, etc. Mix well and drink after sips as soon as possible. It is recommended to consume it during a meal or at least half an hour after a meal. We do not recommend taking it in the evening or before going to bed, as Cordyceps has a stimulating effect.
It makes sense to take the mushroom or mixture continuously for at least three to four weeks and not stop taking it as soon as you notice an improvement. The treatment should be repeated twice a year, preferably in autumn and spring. Taking it for a long time is only recommended for long-term problems. Even then, we recommend regular interruptions of a few days, which should be as long as possible when improving.
We recommend the simultaneous consumption of medicinal mushrooms and vitamin C.
Recommended daily intake
The recommended intake is 1-2 teaspoons per day. 1 teaspoon contains about 2-3 grams of mushroom powder. If possible, take half the dose in the morning and half in the evening. We recommend that you take half the amount for the first few days and gradually increase it to the recommended amount.
For preventive use, 1 teaspoon daily is sufficient. If the general condition worsens, take a one to two week course, which can be repeated several times a year.
For autoimmune diseases, we recommend taking 2 teaspoons daily for three weeks.
