A certified Bach practitioner will prepare a personalised blend for you based on the description you provide. Usage
Take 4 drops of Bach flower remedies four times a day (morning, midday, afternoon, evening). Using the dropper provided, you can either place them directly on your tongue or add them to a glass of water.
Ingredients
Water, cognac (if you prefer, vinegar can be used instead of alcohol), selected flower essences from the original Bach Remedies.
Storage
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of up to +25 °C.

30 ml (sufficient for 30 days of regular use)
