Muira Puama
Muira Puama, also known as ‘wooden power’, is a plant species native to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil. The botanical name of the plant is Ptychopetalum olacoides. The leaves and bark of the plant are used to prepare medicinal preparations, which are taken orally in the form of teas, tinctures or dietary supplements. Usage and recommended daily intake
